What does a typical engagement cost?
Every project is scoped and priced individually. What drives the number is how many systems are involved, how clean the data is, and how much has to hold up under audit or compliance. We will not quote before we understand the problem, because a number given that early is a guess. Once we do understand it you get a fixed price you can take to your budget.
What happens if we stop working together?
Everything we build is yours and it is built to be portable. The code, credentials, and documentation live in your accounts from day one, on mainstream tools your own developers would recognize. We work inside your infrastructure, with least-privilege access through named accounts rather than shared logins. Where we host or operate something for you, that is a service you choose to keep buying, not a dependency you are stuck with. When an engagement ends, that access is revoked and you keep the running system, the source, and the documentation to hand to whoever comes next. You can take it in house or to another vendor whenever you want.
How does this work with our existing IT team?
We build in your stack, on mainstream tools your developers already know, and we work with your team rather than around them. Nobody has to learn a proprietary framework to keep it running. At handoff your team gets the source, the documentation, and the access, so they can extend it themselves or keep us on to do it.
